Seasoned roasted chicken breast draped with

espagnole sauce, sautéed seasonal mushrooms and

a hint of Marsala wine. Presented upon a bed of

seasoned mashed potatoes and seasonal

vegetables.

 

Atlantic Salmon

Pan Seared 6oz filet of salmon and a fresh lemon

beurre blanc, accompanied by seasoned mashed

potatoes and seasonal vegetables.

 

10oz Ribeye Steak

10oz Fully aged Ribeye Steak crowned with garlic

herb butter.  Served with seasoned mashed

potatoes and seasonal vegetables.

Jumbo Shrimp in our garlic white wine butter

sauce, served with angel hair pasta.

Fully aged NY Strip steak served with risotto and

asparagus
