Hilltop House Chicken Marsala
Seasoned, roasted chicken breast draped with espagnole sauce, sautéed seasonal mushrooms and a hint of Marsala wine. Presented upon a bed of garlic mashed potatoes and accompanied by seasonal vegetables.

 

6oz Atlantic Salmon
Pan seared 6 oz. salmon filet and a fresh beurre blanc accompanied by rice pilaf and seasonal vegetables.

 

10oz Ribeye Steak
10 oz fully aged Prime Ribeye Steak crowned with garlic herb butter. Served with mashed potatoes
and our Chef’s seasonal vegetable selection.

Entrees include a spring mix salad, fresh baked bread and one non-alcoholic drink.

Hilltop House Signature Chicken
A tender chicken breast stuffed with artichoke hearts, feta cheese, roma tomatoes, sundried tomato, spinach and fresh herbs. 
Served with rice pilaf and seasonal vegetables.

 

8oz Tuna
Pan seared 8 oz. tuna filet and a fresh beurre blanc accompanied by rice pilaf and spinach.

 

8oz-10oz Prime Rib
Fully aged Prime Rib crowned with garlic herb butter. Served with mashed potatoes and our
Chef’s seasonal vegetable selection.
