Our philosophy on cooking is that food should be as aesthetically pleasing to the eye as it is pleasing to the palate. Our chef looks for height, color and outstanding presentation in all of his creations.
We use only the choicest ingredients, including fresh herbs which our executive chef hand picks daily from his very own private herb garden. Chef’s cuisine may be best described as new Southern cuisine with classic French influences. Chef utilizes many of the classic French cooking techniques and sauces in his cooking while giving his innovative cuisine a new world, modern day twist.
