A southern classic! Fried green tomatoes and crab cake

served with  a cracked peppercorn aioli.


North Carolina Beer & Cheese Dip~

Cheese dip infused with  a local NC micro brewed

beer with fresh made chips.



Crab Cake Sandwich~

A Hilltop House specialty, prepared with the finest lump

crabmeat available. Presented on a kaiser roll with your

choice of any side.

Accompanied with house made remoulade.


Hilltop Steak SAndwich~

Certified Angus Beef  and caramelized onions on a rustic

baguette with herbed boursin cheese and arugula

with your choice of any side.


Hilltop Reuben~

Classic Reuben served with thinly sliced corned beef , 

mounds of saurkraut, swiss cheese and 1000  

dressing presented on toasted marble rye with your

of any side.


Chicken Salad Croissant~

Our classic house recipe. Fresh made chicken salad

presented with green leaf lettuce on a fresh croissant &

accompanied your choice of any side.



Vine ripe heirloom tomatoes, green leaf lettuce, crisp bacon
presented with chive mayo on toasted multi grain bread.

Served with your choice of any side.


Certified Angus Beef Burger~

Our classic Certified Angus Beef burger presented with

American cheese on a kaiser roll. Served with lettuce,

tomato, & onion and your choice of any side.

A lunch portion of our signature jumbo lump crabcake

 medley selection. Served with a side remoulade

Hilltop Classic Chicken Salad Plate~

Our Hilltop House signature house made chicken salad is presented atop a bed of mixed greens and served with fresh seasonal fruit and signature croissant.

Citrus, Avocado & Crab Salad~

Avocados stuffed with crab meat and served with
our Chef's made citrus vinaigrette.

Salad Nicoise~

Sesame seared Tuna with heirloom baby tomatoes, fingerling
potatoes, olives, egg, and haricot verts.

Peppered Spinach Salad~

Peppered strawberries and raspberries, with local baby spinach
candied walnuts and pecans, local honey and rosemary goat
cheese topped with grilled chicken.

Hilltop Classic Caesar Salad~

Grilled romaine dressed with house~made croutons, Reggiano Parmigiano, red onions, hard cooked eggs, & anchovies. Finished with Caesar dressing on the side.

Mandarin Orange and Fennel Salad~

Salad composed of toasted almonds, shaved fennel, orange segments, and goat cheese on a bed of artisan greens served
with a citrus vinaigrette.
