4 oz. of Brie baked to perfection. Served with seasonal

Fresh spinach, artichokes, and a blend of parmesan &

Seafood Macaroni & Cheese~

An assortment of fresh seafood blended into our
award winning southern macaroni & cheese, 
combined with bacon, shallots & sun~dried tomatoes
finished with a crisp panko & cheese topping.


Crab Cake Sandwich~

A Hilltop House specialty, prepared with the finest lump
crabmeat available. Presented on a kaiser roll with your
choice of fries, fruit, or salad.

Slow roasted Inside Round of Certified Angus Beef topped
with melted Swiss on an artisan roll with au jus for

classic espagnole sauce over paperdelle & topped with a quenelle of sour cream.

Uptown Fried Chicken~

Fresh boneless chicken breast fried to a golden brown,
draped with espagnole sauce and presented on a bed
of mashed potatoes and fresh collards. Topped with fried onion straws.

Atlantic Salmon~

6oz. filet of Atlantic Salmon, pan seared and presented 
with lightly seasoned rice pilaf and chef's vegetable
medley selection.  Accented with beurre blanc.


Herb Chicken Pasta~

Fresh pasta tossed in a creamy bechamel sauce with
sundried tomatoes, mushrooms, spinach and finished
with grilled chicken and feta cheese.

Shrimp & Grits~

A Southern Classic! Stone ground grits with cheese and a hint of wine served with jumbo shrimp &
andouille in a tasso cream sauce.


Hilltop House Signature Crabcake~

A lunch portion of our signature jumbo lump crabcake served with lightly seasoned rice pilaf and chef's vegetable medley selection. Served with aside of remoulade.

Fresh baked Quiche of the Day served with our Chef's

Hilltop Classic Chicken Salad Plate~

Our Hilltop House signature house made chicken salad is presented atop a bed of mixed greens and served with fresh seasonal fruit and signature croissant.

Broccoli, Rice, & Chicken Casserole~

Sit back & indulge in a classic casserole prepared with broccoli, rice, chicken, & cheese. Topped with crisp panko & cheese and served wih your choice of fresh fruit, Caesar salad, or house salad.

Bistro Berry Salad~

Indulge in fresh apples, assorted berries, gorganzola cheese, craisens, yogurt chips, and sweet & spicy pecans. Topped with grilled chicken and served with a house~made vinaigrette.

Marinated  Portabella Salad~

Marinated & grilled portabella served on a bed of field greens with roasted red peppers, olives, asiago cheese, fresh red & green bell peppers, marinated artichoke hearts, and herbed goat cheese.

Caesar Salad~

A classic Caesar salad. We start with a bed of romaine dressed with house~made croutons, Reggiano Parmigiano, red onions & hard cooked eggs topped with your choice of grilled chicken or steak. Finished with Caesar dressing on the side.
